Soup and Sing

The Browns annual Soup and Sing was fun again. Mindy and Jason are kind enough to invite some of their neighbors over for soup, breadsticks and cookies every year. After dinner, we gather with our families around their grand piano and sing Christmas Carols. Every family gets to pick a song and then we all sing it. It's a fun party and my kids love it. Every year I check Alex and Abby out early from dance to go. They wouldn't miss it. The soups are awesome. Every family brings a soup and we taste test all of them. We have some good cooks in our neighborhood. The Bates, Smiths, McDougals, Browns, McBrides and Rhodes were all there. It gets us in the Christmas spirit.

Mindy plays the piano the whole time. Talk about talent. She can play any song in the book. We love the Brown family. Our families have traveled together to Mexico, and other camping experiences. The kids all play together well and the parents all laugh together well. Renn and Jason do business together on occasion. Thanks for another fun Soup and Sing.
